Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
∎ • Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
∎ • Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis.
∎ • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ • Motivating sales executives to make themselves higher performers.
∎ • Asking payment/Sending payment reminders to the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Gas Stove / Home Appliance / Water Pump products experience is a must.
∎ • Dynamic, hard working & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ • Should have good presentation skills.
∎ • Candidate should be professional, dedicated, self-motivated and honest.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
