Our other businesses are electronics with own brand CONION, plastic households, garments, jute and agro products. Best F&B launched its `Healthy & Healthy` and `Hello!` brands in 2015 which now o?ers over 25 products including Chanachur, Fried Peas, Jhal Muri, Chira Bhaja, Toast Biscuits, Milk Biscuits, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cheese Crackers, Salted Crackers and many more. We are looking for self-motivated & enthusiastic Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) for Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barishal and Khulna Divisions.
∎ Job Location: Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barishal and Khulna Divisions with intensive field tour.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering the current market trend, consumer behavior, and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel in consultation with reporting authority.
∎ Administer field sales force (TSO & SR) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyzes team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
∎ Identify and develop the potential market, dealer, distributor, depot, etc. based on assigned target.
∎ Create and maintain a professional positive relationship with distributor and major dealer.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability, and customer focus.
∎ Listen to customer's opinion and give feedback, report to management for improvement and solution.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 8 year(s) experience in FMCG (Food).
∎ Target oriented
∎ Strong presentation skills
∎ Excellent relationship building skills
∎ Strategic plan building skills, ability to develop and present proposals
∎ People as well as team management skills
∎ Distinct attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment
∎ 7 - 8 years' experience in a similar position in the solid food industry (cookies & bread) is must
∎ Capable of working on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and under tremendous pressure.
∎ Have a style of question based selling

∎ Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees, & company partners (vendors)
∎ Proficient on the computer. Especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Google business apps
