Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales Team to achieve the target by ensuring Rx
∎ Evaluate sales opportunities of the assigned division.
∎ The role shall also support in planning that entails the forecasting of business based on prescription growth and category & brand promotion to arrive at overall revenue impact
∎ Teamwork / Collaborative Working - Ability to establish professional relationships and rapport with internal and external peers.
∎ Disseminate scientific information to doctors on regular basis.
∎ Responsible to set up a modern and effective Sales strategy for new/existing product
∎ Direct, Assist and supervision of the Zonal Sales Managers
∎ Monitor day to day activities of the Zonal Sales Managers
∎ Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness Tools & Reports
∎ Rational Decision Making - Data analysis and application to decision making Practitioner Proficient
∎ Execution for Results, Results Orientation

Salary: Negotiable
