∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Water Pump, Weight Scale, & Hardware Segments will get privilege.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Responsibility of sales generation and achieving targets in assigned territory.
∎ •Responsibility of daily order position and order booking, daily visits to dealers & sub-dealers.
∎ •Develop and build new distributor and dealer networks.
∎ •Encourage dealers/distributors to store and display products.
∎ •Receivable management (collection of the outstanding payments).
∎ •Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan, preparing a monthly budget.
∎ •Identifying new areas for business growth and new product opportunities and service improvements; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
∎ •Energetic and Self-initiative, capable of planning and achieving targets.
