Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding Dealer.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of electronics products i.e. Refrigerators, LED TV, Air-Conditioners, Home Appliances etc.
∎ Reaching the targets and set goals for the area.
∎ Servicing the needs of existing Dealer.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience in electronics & home appliance sector will get preference.
∎ Proven track experience in the Sales & Marketing sector.
∎ Able to take challenge.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
∎ Ready to work under stress & Pressure.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge in sales marketing of goods & handle dealers smoothly.
∎ Also have capacity for fixing sales target & its execution timely & supervise the activities of sales executives.
∎ Must have strong leadership, qualities to supervise, lead,guide the large professional Sales & Marketing team.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other facilities as per company policy.
