The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and innovative Divisional Sales Coordinator with exceptional business management skills, significant leadership experience and a passion for turning around things for growth.
∎ The position is target oriented and the incumbent should be able to lead a team to obtain given target achieved through either sales force or by own as per Annual Business Plan (ABP).
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ He will be reporting to Head of Business and Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual clients to ensure cement sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishes divisional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned areas; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Achieves divisional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
∎ Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
∎ Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
∎ Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
∎ Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates
∎ Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
∎ Provides guidance and direction to sales personnel to assist them in their professional development.
∎ Lead biweekly sales meetings.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
