Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must achieve monthly sales target
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of cement
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for assigned area
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
∎ Servicing the needs of existing customers
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Setting sales targets for individual representative and your team
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Reporting to superiors
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors
∎ Competitor's activity analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in selling cement
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills are required
