Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven track record with very good business contacts in Bangladesh as well as overseas.
∎ Requires being aware of global market trends and developing products that meet international demand
∎ The person will be in charge of a Merchandising division and should have very strong leadership qualities.
∎ The successful candidate will have 10 to 15- years’ experience.
∎ He or she will be directly reporting to the CEO and will be fully responsible for Merchandising·
∎ Having knowledge of Merchandising, Production, Production Management, buyer‘s compliance and managing a large workforce,
∎ Be an excellent communicator
