• Build, develop, and maintain relations with potential and new customers, and relevant external parties to monitor levels of satisfaction, and continuously take measures to enhance customer service.·      

• Establish product development and cost strategies to achieve economical efficiencies through coordination with Product Development, Design and Development, Sourcing and other relevant teams·       

• Proven track record with very good business contacts in Bangladesh as well as overseas.·       

• Carry out product pricing and pricing strategies to attract and develop new business.·     

•    Supervise the merchandising teams activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery·       

• Monitor production planning, capacity checking, reservation confirmation, weight and study report in close coordination with team.·     

•    Monitor the quality inspection in terms of product & packaging quality and export activities to ensure confirmation from the respective buyer(s) upon receipt.·       

• Manage complaints from the buyer in connection of shortfall or deviation from quality standard by maintaining due process through highest level of service.
