Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and create dealers in the market based on a particular approach to marketing strategies, including display methods and point of sale standards
∎ Arrange and conduct Sales and Motivational Training.
∎ Have to report Sales Development Manager regarding your daily activity
∎ Ensure the development of SalesForce by arranging Technical and other external Training
∎ Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management
∎ Develop presentations and materials for the Sales team and retailers to educate on product updates and specific marketing plans for dealers
∎ Assist Salesforce in Target achievement
∎ Train & develop team members to be capable to run the business in assigned territory independently
∎ Facilitate with reports and make proposals to administration to grow market share and improve customer experience
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for assigned region/geography
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Maintain the dealer channel and grow the business gradually
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the same/ similar role
∎ Quantitative aptitude and experience in the electronics industry
∎ Proven divisional management working experience
∎ Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
∎ Strong leadership and decision making skills
∎ Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
∎ Excellent dealer channel network in the electronics industry
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive & Other Benefits:
Very Attractive Sales Commission
