∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
∎ Educate the customer about S Manager and ensure potential customer relationship is maintained by proper communication and guidance
∎ Ensure team is working continuously to establish and maintain current and potential customer relationship
∎ Build up and maintain a regular relationship with own area retail
∎ Ensure field visit by team regularly as well own visit
∎ Ensure regular data input in the sales report and visit report
∎ Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
∎ Recruit & train salespeople at the local level.
∎ Proper follow-up team member and tour plan.
∎ Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term
∎ Effectively execute sales strategies and assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
∎ Ensure customer feedbacks are regularly shared to the concern department as per organizational structure.
