Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the respective sales forces to achieve sales target.
∎ Monitor the daily activities of sales team as per scheduled Plan.
∎ Closely observe and monitor competitor activities.
∎ Find business opportunity and create new dealers in the untapped market.
∎ Analyze ROI, sales and collection of individual agent or dealer and them proper guide line in order to achieve their target.
∎ Develop team members by offering coaching, counselling, advice, support, motivation, and necessary information in order to achieve sales target.
∎ To recommend product-lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs, business trends and tracking competitors.
∎ Build relationship with stockholders and maintain with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
