Automobile, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/monthly/daily sales quotas for your regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Have to meet daily target, SKU training & ability to work showroom operation.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge about electrical and home appliances product.
∎ Manage and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target.
∎ Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
∎ Identify marketing opportunities & create new dealer and corporate customer.
∎ Collect data by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and prepare results.
∎ Supervise, monitor and achieve periodic sales, collection, placement target of ASM' ,ZM, PO Plaza and Dealer at field level as per SKUs, Volume and Value wise, to meet assigned area's market demand.
∎ Ensure ASM's ZM, PO Plaza and Regular visit, follow up and do productive & effective meeting to create strong rapport with Dealer, Plaza, Plaza's sub-dealer, electronics dealer, Educational & Technical Institute, Public & Private Corporates, Training Centers etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Motorcycle riding skill is preferable.
∎ Candidates experienced on showroom based sales & Marketing will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
