Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and create dealer in the market based on particular approach to marketing strategies, including display methods and point of sale standards
∎ Arrange and conduct Sales and Motivational Training.
∎ Have to report Sales Development Manager regarding your daily activity
∎ Ensure the development of Sales Force by arranging Technical and other external Training
∎ Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management
∎ Develop presentations and materials for the Sales team and retailers to educate on product updates and specific marketing plans for dealers
∎ Assist Sales force in Target achievement
∎ Train & develop team members to be capable to run the business in assigned territory independently
∎ Facilitate with reports and make proposal to administration to grow market share and improve customer experience
∎ Assist to Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned region/geography
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Maintain the dealer channel and grow the business gradually

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
