∎ The person must have strong academic background. LLB, LLM/Barrister (must);
∎ Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court;
∎ An Advocate of Supreme court of Bangladesh will be given more preference.
∎ The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years experience broadly in the area of Taxes & Finance.
∎ Specifically, the candidate should have experience with the following: Banking, Finance Regulations & Transactions, VAT, Tax and Customs Dispute Resolution, VAT, Tax and Customs Transactions.
∎ The candidate should effectively lead, motivate, mentor, and manage other associates, paralegals, and interact directly with the firm's clients.
∎ Must be both decisive and collaborative, demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ LOCATION: HEADQUARTERS
∎ RAHMAN’S CHAMBERS Barristers & Advocates (Corporate & Commercial set of Chambers) is inviting applications from high grade individuals (partner-level) in the areas of Taxes & Finance on full-time basis [9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and Saturday 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm at our Headquarters in the immediate future (March 2024).
