∎ Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court.
∎ An Advocate of Supreme court of Bangladesh will be given more preference.
∎ The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years experience broadly in the area of Corporate and Investment.
∎ Specifically, the candidate should have experience with the following: Real Estate and Property Transactions, Labour and Employment, M&A, Corporate Transactions, M&A Corporate Litigations, FDI, Inbound Investment & Permits, Outbound Investment & Citizenship, Capital Market Transactions & Disputes.
∎ The candidate should effectively lead, motivate, mentor, and manage other associates, paralegals, and interact directly with the firm's clients.
∎ Must be both decisive and collaborative, demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
∎ Candidate must be an Advocate Judge court.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RAHMAN’S CHAMBERS Barristers & Advocates (Corporate & Commercial set of Chambers) is inviting applications from high grade individuals (partner-level) in the areas of Corporate and Investment on full-time/part-time basis [9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Flexible hours) on weekdays at our Headquarters in the immediate future (February 2025).
