Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or any other relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination district level CMPCs and their capacity building;
∎ Attending monthly district level CMPC meeting and organize six-monthly and annual progress review meeting to end CEFM in respective working areas;
∎ Making the district level CMPCs functional and motivate them to make the sub-district and union level CMPC functional.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment as per project requirement;
∎ Design training module and course materials;
∎ Facilitate training courses by using appropriate methods and materials;
∎ Prepare training budget and ensure cost efficiency;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 (three) years' working experience in development sector/training;
∎ Working experience with the govt. projects will be considered as an added value;
∎ Sound knowledge in Child Marriage Protection related law and policy;
∎ Strong leadership quality and ability to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point)
∎ Good report writing skills;
∎ Should have mentality to move to field for training conduction.
∎ Motorcycle driving is mandatory.
Salary: Tk. 43300 (Monthly)
