Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen government health system for child TB find out.
∎ Promote government ownership and stewardship for implementing TB services
∎ Support National TB Control Program for implementation of high risk population of child TB.
∎ Optimum utilization of the resources and smooth implementation of the program.
∎ Monitor and supervise the implementation of TB program with extensive field visit.
∎ Periodic data analysis, program reviews/meetings at different levels with field staff in collaboration with donor following reach targets.
∎ To functioning Gene X-pert and TB diagnostic center.
∎ Supervise and provide support for administrative and financial management of the program.
∎ Ensure implementation of project activities in the relevant geographic areas.
∎ Supervise and organize different awareness activities of project.
∎ Conduct and attend monthly and quarterly performance review meeting with the staff.
∎ Ensure quality diagnosis, treatment and follow up of TB patients in line with NTP national guideline, periodic visit in UHC, Medical College and field.
∎ Ensure contract survey of bacteriologically confirm patients by the staff as targeted.
∎ Facilitate in referral of Child TB presumptive case to Gene X-pert, TB diagnostic center, Lab and Graduate Doctor to early detection child TB case.
∎ Ensure availability of anti TB drugs and others supplies.
∎ Conduct monthly field visit as per action plan and sent monthly visit report to the supervisor with a copy to respective field office.
∎ Lead the TB team at district and Upazila level and prepare annual and monthly work plan to achieved targets.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with Government and other stakeholders in implementing TB Control activities.
∎ Monitor project activities and supervise the work of the supervisory staff directly through regular field visit and providing technical assistance.
∎ Facilitate internal and external monitoring and audit.
∎ Facilitate periodic visit by donor and other stockholder.
∎ Coordinate and attend monthly and quarterly program review meetings.
∎ Ensure disease report timely, weekly, monthly and quarterly, accurate and complete reporting as per the agreement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 03 years experience experience in relevant field and/or area of health program management;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship with other and communication skills;
∎ Report writing through modern technology e.g. Good knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power point;
∎ Perform the other activities as per organizational need assigned to her / him by the management of RDRS as and when required;
∎ Motorcycle riding is mandatory;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
