∎ Master's degree pass but MPH will be preferred.
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field with a preference for candidates who have training or experience in maternal and child health or reproductive health.
∎ The applicant should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend District & Upazila Health and FP staff Coordination meetings and any committees to which he/she is appointed.
∎ Create close relations and collaboration with the health and family planning department about fistula identifying and referring.· Create close relations and collaboration with MoWCA, MoSWf, and MoYS to rehabilitate those who are fully cured of fistula at the district level.
∎ Planning, designing, and implementation of training need assessment and assistance to organize the training locally or centrally.
∎ Provide technical assistance directly to the staff setting up the SRMNCAH project for ensure quality service delivery and implementation·
∎ Ensuring Quality of Care (QOC) at service delivery points and establishing a Quality Assurance (QA) System·
∎ Comply with UNFPA Bangladesh & LAMB policies and practices with respect to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Arrange meetings with CS, DDFP, UH&FPO, and UFPOs at districts to share the project implementation strategy and possible contributing roles from government departments and projects.
∎ Assist in identifying fistula patients at district general hospitals or medical colleges.
∎ Provide incentive for the first identifier.
∎ Ensure distribution of all refer cost of patients and travel cost of their companions.
∎ Refer the FGF patients as the hospital has the treatment facility and funding source to bear the treatment cost of certain number of patients.
∎ Assess the women’s socio-economic condition and their actual needs.
∎ Arrange LAMB based training in income generation (IG) e.g. tailoring, poultry farming, cattle rearing, handy crafts etc.
∎ Refer the GBV victims to a safe shelter (Nari niketon, shishupalli+ etc.).
∎ Ensure training for EMTs on Clinical Management of Rape (CMR) cases.
∎ Assist in organizing a national or regional conference
∎ Monitor the project on a real-time basis.
∎ Prepare monitoring, reporting, and documentation plan of project.
∎ Responsible to oversee the implementation of the assessment, consultations, and scaling up of the SRMNCAH Project’s service delivery as per plan in the program areas·
∎ Supervise the staff of the project & overall program monitoring, and reporting according to the budget of the project·
∎ Collate information as needed for donor reporting and send reports to concerned management with the consultation of the Project Manager·
∎ Develop monitoring tools and schedule, and ensure that program monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically·
∎ Regularly monitor SRMNCAH Project's activities as well as conduct periodic program reviews with the assistance of the Project Manager and prepare monitoring reports.
∎ Prepare program implementation guidelines·
∎ Arrange income-generating training with the assistance of the respective government department to ensure quality.
∎ Prepare a brief quarter report will be produced to monitor the financial and programmatic situation of the project.
∎ Sent data once a month to LAMB head office and the data will be preserved at CHDP and LAMB MIS-research department.
∎ Environment, Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults:
∎ LAMB, being a child-focused organization, shall emphasize its highest priority for the safety and security of every child within the working areas. ∎ Job Summary:
∎ The position is responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the SRMNCAH Project in assigned Districts and Sub-districts. The role focuses on ensuring the quality implementation of fistula-related services, promoting sustainable rehabilitation, and strengthening the fistula referral system. In addition, the role includes ensuring a child-safe environment in the office, educating staff on child and vulnerable adult protection policies, and raising awareness about the obligation to report any allegations, concerns, suspicions, or disclosures of abuse or neglect in line with established policies and procedures.
