Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline (Social Science will be preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuously monitor and supervise project activities, overseeing the technical design, execution and evaluation of progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.
∎ Represent the project in various meeting/ workshop/ seminars at union and Upazila level as appropriate.
∎ Analyze financial information (e.g. expenditures and cash management) to ensure that all operations are within budget
∎ Analyze variances report based on actual and budgeted amounts monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually and also as per need of the project
∎ Overall responsibilities of implementing of project activities in field level.
∎ Regular visit all types of field activities like meeting, training, semi structured or none structured and renovation activities, awareness activities.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan as per project need and time to time implementation.
∎ Project planning on grass roots level advocacy and linkage building with communities and local state and non state authorities on Maternal and Neonatal Health System.
∎ Project briefing and rapport building with the community and related stakeholders.
∎ Coordination with District, Upazilla and Union level LGI, government health and others officials for smooth implementation of project activities.
∎ Liaison with other project staffs in the area.
∎ Provide support to organize meeting, workshop, seminar, field day, folksongs, and people’s theatre as and when necessary.
∎ Support and assist project team to prepare financial and narrative report.
∎ Facilitate training, workshop, meeting, orientation and any other project activities as a when necessary.
∎ Prepare different report and Capitalize, best practices, case study, quote etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Knowledge on Maternal and Neonatal Health System, Government power structure, Local government and community based organization
∎ Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.
∎ Willingly and extensively travel within the RDRS operational area and beyond.
∎ Have practical experience to work under pressure and stressful situation.
∎ Perform PRA, CRA and RRAP at community level and also made action plan within the CCAG for further initiatives
∎ Ability to drive Motor Cycle with valid Motor Cycle driving license;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Salary: Tk. 83696 (Monthly)
