Job Context:
∎ To work closely with the management for Information Management and reporting to ensuring the better information management services and overall reporting services of the Shelter and Site Development projects in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing store’s operations: The Distribution supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the distribution point. This includes coordinating and prioritizing tasks such as receiving, storing, and shipping goods, ensuring proper inventory control, and optimizing workflow processes.
∎ Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and distribution activities. Prepare necessary documentation for shipments and customs clearance if applicable.
∎ Coordinate with transportation and shipping partners to arrange deliveries, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demands.
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for shelter and site development activities and plan an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in this program.
∎ Supervising the regular operation and maintenance of shelters and reporting the progress of work.
∎ Monitoring the shelter facilities status, reporting, and making plan of actions.
∎ Train community facilitators, trainers, and staff in shelter intervention as appropriate.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience in Site Development and Shelter.
∎ Experience in use of tablets & smartphones and associated software.
∎ Able to communicate in local language (Cox’s Bazar, Burmese)
∎ Knowledge of different data collection methodologies such as KOBO toolbox.
∎ Positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners.
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.

Salary: Tk. 42089 (Monthly)
