Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales target by volume/value.
∎ Achieve Primary & Secondary sales target.
∎ Monitor daily sales activities by supervising a large sales team.
∎ Professionally Manage Distributors & distributors' sales representatives.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the entire Marketing and Sales activities.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to markets.
∎ Monitoring concern team's performance and motivating them to reach the targets.
∎ Daily Reporting to Area Sales Managers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Candidate must have fluency in English.
∎ 2 - 3 years of experience from an FMCG background

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
