∎ 1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG distribution or warehouse management.
∎ Previous experience managing a distributor house will be preferred.
∎ Good understanding of inventory control, logistics, and sales operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the distributor house.
∎ Supervise warehouse operations, stock handling, and order fulfillment.
∎ Coordinate with sales teams to achieve daily/monthly targets.
∎ Monitor and ensure accurate inventory and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
∎ Track secondary sales and report to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) regularly.
∎ Maintain delivery schedules and manage logistics of product distribution.
∎ Ensure all records, invoices, and documents are correctly maintained.
∎ Manage distributor staff including salesmen, delivery men, and warehouse assistants.
∎ Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth field-level execution.
∎ Prepare reports on stock, sales, and distribution performance.
