Responsibilities & Context:
BYSL Global Technology Group is currently looking for Distribution Associates to join their team and work in their Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate movement of products within the warehouse or distribution center. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping products and materials according to the organization`s needs. If you meet all the mentioned criteria, we would be delighted to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing general warehouse service duties, such as loading/unloading goods, picking, packing, delivery, receiving, storage, and managing inventory levels.
A Distribution Associate is responsible for efficiently picking products based on orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring accuracy in packaging and labeling.
Paying attention to detail while performing job duties including reading labels, making transfer orders, affixing carton labels, selecting products, etc.
Receive products and packing materials from external sources and ensure everything has been received correctly.
Ensuring daily cleaning process by keeping the distribution center clean and tidy.
Performing duties assigned by supervisor and manager from time to time.
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met in the warehouse for shipping and receiving orders.
Consistently completes tasks quickly and accurately, optimizing both time and resources.
Inspect all stocks to avoid damages and keep records of damages.
Record shipment arrival and departure times precisely.
Participants must be willing to work hard and be prepared for extra duties (if required).
Keeping all the inventory accurate as per the system in a properly organized way.
Candidate should be an honest, well-behaved, obedient, quick learner, and a team player.
Works effectively with colleagues, creating a positive team environment and achieving shared goals.
