·  Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Purchase and Procurement Executive for a renowned fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently sourcing ready wears and materials essential to operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop cost-efficient procurement strategies for sourcing ready wears and raw materials essential to operations.

· Plan and align procurement activities with the company’s budget, cost-saving goals, and production timelines.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to ensure the best value for the organization.

· Maintain delivery schedules to prevent production disruptions and manage comprehensive supplier databases.

· Generate procurement reports, track market trends, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

· Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the company procurement policy & procedure

· Ensuring monthly report and Daily work report, pipe line materials report.
