Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential sites for new Daily Shopping outlets across Bangladesh.
Conduct feasibility studies considering customer accessibility, visibility, traffic flow, demographics, and competition.
Approach land/building/shop owners, negotiate rental agreements, and finalize deals in line with company requirements.
Meet monthly and yearly outlet acquisition targets as set by management.
Stay updated on real estate trends, rental rates, and competitive retail expansion in different areas.
Prepare site proposals, reports, and required documentation for management approval.
Work with the Projects, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth handover and outlet opening.
Frequently travel across different cities, towns, and rural areas as per business expansion needs.
