1. Conduct internal investigations on misconduct, theft, fraud, or policy violations;

2. Monitor workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company rules;

3. Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and CAP recommendations;

4. Coordinate with HR, Admin, Security and any other departments for disciplinary actions;

5. Identify risk areas and suggest preventive measures;

6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally;

7. Review CCTV footage and collect evidence when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Sociology or relevant field.

• 2–5 years of experience in investigation, compliance or security (preferred)

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
