Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline preferably in Disaster Management from a reputed university;

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate leader with Master's in any discipline preferably in Disaster Management from a reputed university; Should have at least 3- 5 years' experience of working in a similar job preferably in an INGO. S/he should have a Sound knowledge about gender issues and able to conduct gender analysis in project implementation and evidence gathering The position holder should have excellent writing and communication skills (both English and Bangla) and should be able to present information concisely and effectively to varied audiences. Sound knowledge about gender issues and able to conduct gender analysis in project implementation and evidence gathering; Significant field experience of managing DRR and CCA, and humanitarian response projects with Facilitation skills and experience in delivering training related to Community Based DRR and CCA is required. The candidate must have well understanding of Programme cycle: planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects.
