∎ S/he must have at least 3-5 years experiences in DRM in any reputed development organization with proven technical expertise preferably in similar position. Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in order to present information quickly and clearly to a variety of audiences, including the ability to communicate effectively in English. Facilitation skills and experience in delivering training related to community Based DRR and CCA. Must have financial and budgeting skills and well understanding on programme cycle: planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects.
