• Masters

Masters in Finance or Accounting from any recognized university. Professional degree in Chartered Accountancy will be given preference. 

Minimum Second Class/Division in all examinations.

Advanced degree in Finance/ Accounting will be given preference

• Age At most 50 years

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management position in a national or international organization in Microfinance and Social Development;

Experience level is relaxable for specially qualified candidates;

Proven experience of working in Director position;

Age maximum 50 years; Age limit is relaxable for specially qualified Candidates;

 Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills;

Communication skills in both English & Bengali with advanced computer skills.
