Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise/Monitor the operations of all owned showrooms/retails & distribution of small appliance, medium appliance, Home appliance, Cookeries Appliance & all range of consumer electronics item.
∎ Build company image/goodwill which leads to sustainable growth and profitability
∎ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
∎ Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, and codes of conduct and ensures that they are timely communicated and properly implemented within the team.
∎ Achieve significant share of market size.
∎ Ensuring ROI of each SBU's.
∎ Optimizing man-hour efficiency implementing KPI.
∎ Lead to achieve sales target of Plaza/Showroom division individually.
∎ Proactively engaging & managing team to achieve micro & macro business KPI
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Group of Companies
∎ Proven track record in Plaza/Showroom network.
∎ Candidates having good academic background will get extra preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in selling electronics product will get preference.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
