∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of the garment's unit effectively and efficiently.
∎ He will Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine, and material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
∎ He will have to maintain proper coordination with related departments/sections and ensure timely production of garments as per production planning and shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Stays abreast of industry trends, changes in trade regulations, production innovation and other environmental impacts to the production process. Create reports and communicate the developments in these areas
∎ Manage and develop team members, set clear objectives, provide ongoing performance feedback, provide mentoring and guidance to facilitate their professional development and success, ensure all team members are fully utilized to their capacity and ability
∎ Understand divisional and cross-functional goals and work with team to develop supporting strategies
∎ He will analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ He will monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ He will work for 100% capacity utilization, waste reduction and achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
∎ He will lead safety, quality, and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
∎ He will establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectivities, and procedures conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
∎ Coordination with other department heads as required.

∎ Knowledge of production including trade regulations, testing protocol, production integrity, production cycle times, fabric, and garment construction
∎ ICT literacy to deal with various technologies and programs
∎ The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems
∎ Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
∎ The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with his team, managers, and others
∎ The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
∎ The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner
