Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments Industry is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager/AGM (Trade Finance) at its Head office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform Trade Finance related jobs independently and follow up Cash incentive related jobs of the company.

He will be involved with commercial export & import through LC Management, financing, banking, fund management and financial documentation related jobs of the banks.

Detail job description for the position is follows

  • Follow up LC related accounts receivable and payable management

  • Follow up export proceed realization and shortfall analysis

  • Supervise cash subsidy for final audit by CA firm auditors

  • Prepare export import related financial forecasting report for management

  • Follow up daily Banking activities related to Import & Export.

  • Prepare & follow up project loan and STL sanction/renewal/price negotiation related jobs

  • Analyze cash flow & cost controls related to export & import and provide necessary recommendations for management decision

  • Prepare Bank related letters and make effective written & oral correspondences with the banks

  • Always maintain and update bank related compliance issues

  • Maintain effective coordination with accounts/purchase/ commercial/merchandising and other related departments for smooth functioning of all related activities

  • Prepare Project appraisal including feasibility report

  • Perform other task as assigned by the authority.
