Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for Leading & managing our Manufacturing Operations of Textile & Apparel to ensure Production efficiency, on time delivery, quality & cost-effectiveness
∎ The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies & managing resources
∎ Manage plant resources, including machinery & equipment, staff, workers and budget to ensure maximum productivity and profitability. Production & Product optimization for best revenue earning has to be taken care of
∎ Will be responsible for all raw material sourcing namely Yarn, Dyes & Chemicals, Accessories from Local & Import. Candidate must have good experience in sourcing Quality products at competitive prices & on-time delivery. Managing Lean inventory will be a prime responsibility
∎ Must have good Accounting knowledge
∎ The head will be responsible for maintaining budget & work continuously towards reducing cost & overhead
∎ Developing new Buyers & value added products
∎ Enhance inter team cordial & harmonious relationships which will result in the smooth functioning of the Company
∎ Prepare reports with complete transparency & authenticity for review by Top Management.
