Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments.
∎ Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, quality, and efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement goals.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain brand standards.
∎ Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.
∎ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff to promote a positive work environment and professional growth.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior operational management role within the hotel industry.
∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial and guest satisfaction goals.
∎ Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
∎ Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle emergency situations as needed.
