Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

1. MBBS, MPH and PhD in Public Health
2. Relevant professional domestic or international certifications are a plus.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 50 years

1. At least 5 years’ experience in coordinating research or programs.
2. Excellent computer skills, and competencies to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and web browsing.
3. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) and data analysis techniques.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong interpersonal skills,
7. Ability to interact and build relationships with inter and intra department
8. Strong presentation and delivery skills.
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangali and English·
11. Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
12. Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To explore and lead proposal development and fellowship actions.
2. To advise for the development of the NCD and Mental Health Division and its existing staff to accomplish their responsibilities for improving the divisional activities.
3. To advocate for the upliftment of the NCD and Mental Health Division with the relevant stakeholders.
4. To mentor the staff of the NCD and Mental Health Division for the improvement of their knowledge and skills.
5. To facilitate network development for the NCD and Mental Health related research in CIPRB
6. To conduct literature reviews and assist in the development of research proposals.
7. To assist in the design and implementation of research projects related to public health.
8. To increase collaboration with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
9. To write reports and contributing to academic publications based on research findings.
