Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sales and marketing budget with yearly advertising plan.
∎ To design all promotional activities.
∎ To monitor daily sales target and achievement.
∎ To think branding and ad considering consumers demand and market potentiality.
∎ To look after dealers/ retail/ corporate clients.
∎ To conduct training for down-level manpower.
∎ To work for maximum cover up of nationwide market and grasp lion market share.
∎ To look after dealers/ retail/ corporate clients.
∎ To evaluate activities of the distributors and sales forces.
∎ To increase dealer and corporate clients continuously.
∎ Any other task assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 15 years of experience in managing a large marketing & sales team.
∎ Outstanding organizational and decision making skills.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
