Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate from any recognized university (MBA, major in HRM/ Management or Masters in Public Administration will be preferred). Preference will be given to the candidates with a foreign degree in any level of graduation or post-graduation.
∎ 3rd class/division in any level is not accepted.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing/Developing/Revising of Microfinance program and procedure.
∎ Supervising & controlling of concerned team.
∎ Monitoring microfinance program that includes inspecting Branch/Region/District/Divisional offices.
∎ Following-up Off-Site Monitoring.
∎ Other vested tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Age Maximum 45 yrs. (as per birth date of NID card)
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Microfinance Institutions/Bank/Financial Company including at least 05 years' service in Joint Director/equivalent post.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Field visit will be at least 10-15 days per month.

Salary: Tk. 140000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Tk. 1,40,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Higher salary may be offered to the more qualified and experienced candidate.
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year with consolidated salary. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officers will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Allowance, Yearly Increment and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be provided.
