1. Develop and implement program strategies that align with UDDIPAN`s mission and goals.

2. Oversee the management and administration of the Microfinance and Microenterprise Program.    

3. Support and guide Program Heads, Zonal Managers, and the microfinance team.

4. Develop business plans, set annual targets, recruit and train staff, and monitor performance.

5. Prepare budgets, financial statements, performance reports, and audit responses.

6. Conduct regular field visits to supervise and ensure the quality of field activities.

7. Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of program operations.

8. Maintain constructive working relationships with all Directors and Program Heads.

9. Mobilize resources from the market, banks, investors, PKSF, and other financial institutions.

10. Liaise with government agencies, donors, regulators, and financial intermediaries.

11. Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, NGOs, and financial institutions.

12. Lead and manage a team of microfinance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.

13. Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative microfinance products and services.

14. Monitor and evaluate the performance of microfinance initiatives.

15. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

16. Represent the UDDIPAN Microfinance Program in internal and external forums.
