Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ . Ability to achieve monthly Retail Liability/ Asset products sell targets
∎ . Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow the Liabilities
∎ Business and achievement of sales targets
∎ . Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing
∎ ones within the customer base
∎ . Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels - campaigns, branch walk-ins,
∎ referrals from existing customers
∎ . Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client
∎ . Coordinate with line manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly report
∎ . Promote specific products as directed by upper management
∎ . Any other business development activities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Qualifications & Other Competencies
∎ . Post-graduation in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division
∎ . Preferably minimum 1 (one) year experience in selling deposit & loan products in NBFIs or Banks
∎ . Result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
∎ . Pleasant and presentable personality
∎ . Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ . Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and target oriented
∎ . Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
∎ . Geographic mobility and flexibility
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Basis = 50% + Others = 50%
Grade 1 (Tr. Direct Sales Officer), Experience=nill, 12000 - 14000
Grade 2 (Jr. Direct Sales Officer), Experience 1 yr, 14000 - 16000
Grade 3 (Direct Sales Officer), Experience 1.5 yr, 16000 - 18000
Grade 4 (Sr. Direct Sales Officer & Team Leader), 2 yr, 18000 - 24000
