• At least 02 years of uninterrupted service experience in Retail Business, or related fields from reputed commercial banks

• Fresh graduates with potential in retail sales are encouraged to apply

• Significant experience in retail business and sales

• Sound knowledge in Retail Banking products and services

• Strong customer orientation, a team player, and a commitment to developing others.

Direct Sales Officer is responsible for achieving the individual retail business targets. Responsible for selling Retail Banking products & services to achieve the set target provided by the Management. Also, responsible to collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from prospective clients while ensuring service excellence through enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve retail business targets and goals;

• Monitor individual targets, primarily in retail business, and other business targets according to set KPIs;

• Plan effectively to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets;

• Organize business meetings with prospective clients to explain product features and value propositions;

• Ensure smooth and effective customer services towards the creation of loyal customers;

• Organize and support business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc.);

• Explore the market for new business opportunities and report potential leads that align with the bank`s business policy;

• Recommend retail business proposals to the competent authority;

• Ensure timely submission of call reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;

• Continuously monitor and follow up with clients on compliance issues and ensure business covenants;

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the competent authority of the bank.
