Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Trainee Direct Sales Officer to Team Leader for deploying at Bengal Commercial Bank Limited
∎ Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points of Retail Liability/Asset Marketing.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Transferable to anywhere in Bangladesh)
∎ Full-time, Contractual but continue with responsibility up to 2 years for Absorption as Permanent Employee.

Additional Requirements:
∎ No Experience is needed for TDSO (G1)
∎ Willingness develop career in direct sales
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills.
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful & target oriented
∎ Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Minimum Gross Salary of BDT 12000, Higher for experienced candidates` up-to BDT 24000 (Monthly)
