Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Direct Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue through direct interactions with customers. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell products or services directly to consumers or businesses, utilizing various sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to tailor sales pitches and recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
∎ Provide accurate and timely product or service information, pricing details, and terms of sale to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
∎ Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with customers to close deals and secure sales orders, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel, overcome objections, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
∎ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners.
