Job Context:
∎ Tradexcel Graphics is offering a full-time job opportunity for the Direct Sales Manager for an energetic and ambitious individual, with a very energetic attitude. It would be best if you had a strong grasp of current marketing, sales tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated sales campaigns from concept to execution.
∎ Our main focus is to generate revenue by managing all the necessary strategy, tools, and platforms, which should eventually increase company sales and growth.
∎ To be successful in this role, the candidate should be a data-driven thinker and outstanding communicator, also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate's main responsibility will be to INCREASE SALES.
∎ Developing and executing direct sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
∎ Proven working experience in International Sales, mostly in the USA and Europe
∎ Plan and execute all Direct Marketing activities with the help of other team members, including to increase the sales
∎ Brainstorm to generate new and innovative growth strategies
∎ Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end clients experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies of digital marketing and provide recommendations and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.
∎ Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the service specifications offered by the company.
∎ Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and pursue to achieve the goal
∎ Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately and report to the supervisor
∎ Construct sales pitches and presentations.
∎ Stay abreast of market trends.
∎ Serve as a customer service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
