∎ Proper knowledge about home loan file approval and disbursement process.
∎ No of home loan file submission target per month @ 2.
∎ Ensure excellent Customer Service.
∎ Monthly disbursement target.
∎ Daily developer house visits.
∎ Daily visit for construction home loan.
∎ Sound knowledge about land related legal documents.
∎ Adequate knowledge about home loan products.
