Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will coordinate, develop and maintain Gildan's global multilingual digital content for a comprehensive portfolio of multiregional web channels, platforms, digital product catalogs, branded content, and critical information repositories.
∎ Accurately update digital product catalogs and distributed content in multiple languages and regions for business channels.
∎ Facilitate the implementation of web content strategies to support various digital demands. Work collaboratively with internal and external digital marketers, content providers, designers, product specialists, and IT professionals.
∎ Manage and optimize digital content for all supported brands and ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
∎ Analyse various sources of user data and customer behavior research to help resolve issues satisfactorily.
∎ Perform user acceptance testing on new application functionality across multiple devices and viewports for all relevant business channels.
∎ Analyse, troubleshoot, and report various customer-facing application inquiries.
∎ Build, test, and maintain front-end components, scripts, and supporting media utilizing web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Support UX and SEO requirements with guidance from the digital marketing and user experience teams. (Landing pages, Friendly URLs, redirects, robot.txt, XML sitemaps, metadata, scripts, alt tags, localization, canonical links, remedy broken or unsecured links).
∎ Utilize project management and requirements documenting tools to manage tasks, schedules, workflow, and documentation.
