Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive –

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage travel packages for domestic and international trips.

- Provide tour bookings, hotels, tickets, and guidelines according to customer demands.

- Prepare air tickets, hotel reservations, visa processing, and other travel-related documents.

- Provide information and solve problems for customers via phone, email, and Facebook page.

- Promote packages and conduct marketing activities on social media.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the organisation's standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification:

Minimum HSC / Graduate (preference will be given to those with a tourism degree)

Experience:

1-2 years of experience (however, interested and hardworking newcomers are also encouraged to apply)

Additional Qualifications:

- Must have good communication skills

- Must have an interest in customer service

- Must be proficient in using the internet, Facebook, email, and computer

- Must have an interest in the travel and tourism sector

Workplace: Dhaka (Uttara)

Salary 25,000 to 35,000
