Responsibilities & Context:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and property portals.
- Optimize CPL, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
- Manage project-based social media content, creatives, and engagement.
- Oversee SEO, website updates, and landing page performance.
- Run email/SMS automation, CRM follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and the internal sales/marketing teams.
- Oversee creation of social assets, project walkthrough videos, drone footage coordination, and content highlights.
