Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving customer phone calls and greeting incoming customers.
∎ Prospecting and identifying new customers through cold-calling
∎ Planning digital marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook and Google & YouTube
∎ Must maintain good relationship with customer.
∎ Creating ad banners (Canva)writing ad content, daily social media posts
∎ Preparing reports of daily activities
∎ Work results should be ensured.
∎ Willingness to work in any situation.
∎ Must have experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
∎ Reply social media all query and give proper information.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing, and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.
∎ Coordinating with clients, provide proper information of shipment.
∎ Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.
∎ We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Officer to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing & Sales skills, creativity, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions through various online channels.
