Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing),Email Marketing,Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation

- Minimum 3 years of experience: Real Estate / Developer Companies
- Candidates experienced in flat or land sales will be given preference
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
- Facilitate property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences
- Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention
- Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in market
